Here are the "profesional" shots taken at the hospital. You know how sometimes pictures don't quite look like the person. I think these look like Elowyn. They capture her personality.

She came yesterday. 6 lb. 3 oz. 19.5 inches.
Perfectly healthy with a bunch of hair. She wasn't to happy about leaving her old home, but she has grown accustomed to this new one. She likes to sleep a lot. Mother and father have not slept much, and I am aware that that is a trend for the future.

For the record, the father has already changed five diapers.

Random thoughts.

Election: That didn't go very well.
Work: Customers, stop whining and be happy why don't you.
Family: Where is my wife? She doesn't answer the phone.
Home: Are they done constructing yet?
Church: That's all good.

Halloween

We had our Halloween parties today. One at work and one at the church. Two parties should supply us with enough candy to cover our two year supply.

We had a Lumberjack, two soldiers and a big cat (pregnant cat at that).

We also learned that unicorns are real.

Joys of life.

Remodels are so much fun...when they are over...I hope. No more pounding on the walls...I hope. No more mess around the house...I hope. Just my little family, our little home and some debt to spice it up.

My water cup is empty.

I feel parched. I am thirsty. All I have to do is get up and walk down the hall to the water cooler. On the other hand, I could sit here and type up this blog. I choose.......Water.
